The NW Michigan Herb Guild invites you for an afternoon of herbal self-love and community connection. All are welcome to create self-care herbal products, including body products, elixirs, and other goodies - demonstration and instruction will be provided.
This event is open to all who are interested in participating regularly in community gatherings of herb enthusiasts - known as "The NW Michigan Herb Guild”. Join Crosshatch and the NW Michigan Herb Guild during an informal gathering where we can reconnect after a busy summer and make some fire cider for the upcoming season (fire cider is a vinegar infused with herbs and other vegetable ingredients). Organic and local ingredients will be provided by Heartwood Forest Farm and other local farms. We will work from a basic recipe that you can tweak to your desires. Please bring a pint-sized jar to take your fire cider home with you.
